Left Gerald Eve in 1983 to start Company.

Kevin Burke FRICS

Specialises in commercial agency, valuation and lease matters. Previously with Daniel Smith, Kevin joined Frederick Holt in 1997 having practised on his own account.

Hugh Holt MRICS

Oversees day to day management of our clients assets and has specialist knowledge on business rates, having previously spent three years at Cluttons.

Kerran Coffey FRICS

Handles all building surveying matters having trained as a Building Surveyor at Cluttons and Healey & Baker.

Nigel Schofield MRICS

Has wide experience in asset and investment management including acquisitions and disposals of Central London Commercial Property. Previously with Gerald Eve and a Director of Ross Jaye.

Ed Stapleton

Ed Stapleton. Graduate Surveyor. Ed has recently completed a Degree in Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University. He is assisting with Business Rate, Management, Valuation and Landlord & Tenant matters.
